The plaster ceiling fell in my living room so even though I vacuumed they really needed zerorez. You’ll came through and helped with bringing the room back. They were careful and thorough and did a good job. I liked the workmen. They were to clean out my air duct and clean my dryers venting. They did a great job on the air ducts and the ac seems to be more effective but my dryer vent still says it is 80 % clogged. They will come back to clear that out. Their service is guaranteed for 30 days. I’m glad I called them and look forward to an ongoing relationship with this company.

The tech was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He was very informative about the products and services. He taught me how to properly vacuum my carpet.He also advised me how many times my carpet should be vacuumed to get the best performance out of my carpet. He was the best tech I have ever had. My carpet has never looked so good after a cleaning. He should train other techs. He truly represents the company very well. He cares about his job and the quality of work that he does. I would only want him cleaning my carpet.

Serviceman was very professional and went over what he planned and offered products that I could have ordered for use. Product did not leave water in th sponge under the carpet, the equipment withdrew most of the water out which was easier for a quick dry
Maurice is a great people person putting us at ease immediately. He used the black light to so pet accidents throughout the house. (We've only lived here a month.). We aren't finding anything unexpected coming back into view as it dries.
The previous owner claims he never had any pets or animals in the house. Does the black light show other things that pet accidents?
