The 2 guys that came to my house were very professional and did an excellent job. They explained everything to me in detail, particularly about the pre-spray and exactly what that is as well as the biological pet stain spray as I have really bad chemical sensitivity. The only thing I would say, and it is not these guys fault, is that if you are now advertising about tips for the guys that come and do the job, there should only be 1 guy coming to do the carpet cleaning. We have used you all for a number of years now and this is the first time 2 guys have come. One guy did the entire upstairs and one guy did the stairs. Thank you
