I have used Zerorez several times and was very pleased with the results. I had one not so good experience but it was a service man that had a bad attitude a few years ago. However, this time I could not have asked for a more courteous & friendly young man. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. He also went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied with the results - which I was.
