After the initial cleaning of my carpet, there were a couple of spots that needed additional cleaning. I had no problem when I called to explain this. The appointment to come back was set up for the next day. Everyone involved were polite and easy to deal with. I give the overall job 10, especially the technician who did the work.

We had our air ducts cleaned . I chose Zerorez for the non chemical cleaning. I liked the ease of online scheduling and the clear communication from the business and the crew. They called prior to arriving and were quick and professional. They did a great job tolerating our giant puppy while getting their work done. I also liked the online payment application.
