We had some concerns with the carpet that my wife and I caused; specifically, we inadvertently tracked lip-stick stains throughout the master bedroom and adjacent hallway. I tried myself to clean the stains with a cleaner but ended up making it worse, even though I was able to remove most of the stains. One could still see the areas I tried to clean myself; it looked horrible. I thought I had damaged the carpet beyond repair.
Phillip was able to remove 99% of all the stains we were concerned about! He did a very meticulous job. The carpet looks brand new.
I highly recommend Zerorez. We have used Zerorex several times and have been very pleased with their work.

I cannot say enough about Zerorez and it's employees. I had a pipe break in my apartment that flooded the whole unit including my precious 8' x 11' rug. Zerorez arrived to pick up the rug and was very positive about helping me including a discount. I've used them before when I first moved into my apartment. They did an excellent job then! When you're in the middle of an incredible situation with possible damage to your rug, Zerorez was there for me.
