Dustin was simply amazing! He was right on time and I was running late but he cheerfully waited. He was polite and personable:very funny. He assessed my carpet needs, was honest about what difference he might be ab to make and made my 20 year old stained carpets look beautiful. I was nothing short of thrilled with the results. I had marker and paint stains from the grand kids and feces/urine stains and 99 percent are completely gone! Amazing.

I like the idea of no soap going on the carpet. The carpets look clean and I'm comfortable knowing that they are clean and stay cleaner longer. I also like that when the Zerorez guys showed up, I told them what I wanted done and they did exactly what I asked.In fact, they actually recommended that I not have one of the bathroom floord cleaned due to some crumbling grout between the tiles. I'll have that repaired and call them back out to finish the job!
