We first learned about your company at the Alive Expo about two years back. We held onto the business card but did not call at the time. Recently, we heard a promo spot on the radio and decided to call. We are thrilled with the wonderful service completed by Zerorez. Our carpet has never been professionally treated within the last 13 years and overall it looks like new! Even an old urine accident left by our dog is almost invisible. Your office called to let us know the technician was in route and on time!! The technician (Justin) was very knowledgeable and told us what to expect during each step of the service. I have had my carpets cleaned by two other cleaning companies. I was so disappointed with the cleaning. Then I had my carpets cleaned by Matthew with Zerorez. My carpets look great! I was amazed with the job he did. He was so professional and knew what he was doing!
I will only use Zerorez from now on. I read on line some people thought Zerorez was a little pricey - I would much rather pay a little more and have the job done right. Well worth the cost.
