The guy who came out to my house was extremely respectful and professional. I had no qualms about leaving him in the house alone.

Ryan was great. Our carpets look new, the customer service was excellent.

I can NOT believe that every stain in my carpet came out! Gabriel was very professional and polite. When I called on the phone, the woman told me that Zerorez did not do area rugs; however, Gabriel told me that if they have the hard glaze (not sure of the term he used) then you will clean them. I would love for Gabriel to come out and do the rest of my house, as all of my area rugs are like he described with the exception of one Oriental rug.

Just picked up a cleaning kit. Have not had time to try it yet.

My daughter had a lava lamp that broke in her room and stained the carpet 2 years ago. I've had my carpets cleaned twice before using Zerorez and the other companies treated the lava lamp stain, but were not succesfull in removing the stain. We bought a throw rug to cover it. Zerorez got all of my carpets clean including that lava lamp stain! Professional, courteous and a better cleaning job than the 2 other comapnies I've used in the past.

I liked that I didnt smell a chemical or feel a residue after it was complete. I liked that he answered my questions. Eric was a professional!

I was very pleased with the service overall and especially with David, the service tech, who was very committed to doing a great job and providing outstanding customer service.

My only complaint is connecting with Richard the service manager. I got one returned call but have called him back two additional times and not received a call back. I was wanting to know when my persian area rug would be returned after going into the shop for cleaning and I wanted to compliment him on David who did an outstanding job.

When the cleaning was done they looked new again! The guys who worked on our carpets were very professional and thorough.

He was prompt and very knowledgeable about your products. He cleaned carpet in 3 rooms and a hallway, and did a great job on a ceramic tile floor in a small bathroom. The grout was dirty but now it shines! I have white inlaid linoleum in the dining room and kitchen and Aaron advised me on how to clean and maintain it. I am so happy I called Zerorez and plan on sharing my experience with my friends and family!

Your cleaning crew did an excellent job on our carpets. The turbo-cleaning of the shower floor tiles turned out great, like new. We engaged your company to clean our carpets because we were in the last stages of putting our house on the market. It was literally the last thing to be done before it hit the MLS listing. All the walls inside had been newly painted and your crew took great pains to insure that there was no damage done to any part of the house.
