I have been using the same carpet company for years, I usually get my carpet cleaned twice a year. The last two times I was very disappointed, it did not appear once the carpet had dried that the carpet had just been cleaned professionally. What I liked about the product is my carpet is very clean and looks great, I based this on after the carpet had dried. The customer service was excellent, my technician was very knowledgeable of the products and was very informative. I will definetly be using Zerorez in the future. Thank you so much!
