Non chemical...safe for pets

Eric was great. On time, thorough and all the spots are gone. He took time to explain to me about the soap that was left over from the last company that cleaned my carpet. I was very impressed the equipment in the van. State-of-the-art. Good company. Would highly recommend.

No harsh chemicals is used.

Our technician Lee was fantastic! He arrived early and stayed until my house was spotless. He even stayed and performed a few additional treatments that weren't initially scheduled. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the work!

Did a great job, on time and extremely thorough. I was very surprised at how clean they were able to get the carpets and everything dried quickly. Carpets feel so soft and clean now. Thanks. I will certainly use them again.

Fast, Friendly, and did a great job!

The service tech was very good and the carpets look great.

The products you use are the difference between Zerorez and the other so called carpet cleaning companies. Your associate represented the company and himself as professional and the service was as well. Totally satisfied.

Here is what I already posted on your Facebook page before I even received your request for feedback. "Most posts are shorter but I called Zerorez in a panic. Our special needs son stepped in axle grease (we're still not sure how THAT happened) and, after tracking it through the house onto my 2-year-old carpet, decided to try and rub the grease off of his shoe on the carpeted staircase. Terry from Zerorez to the rescue!! He was early for the appointment, he was neat and clean in his appearance, was informative, and did an AMAZING job! Not only did he remove the axle grease but, because of how impressed I was before he started, I asked him to go ahead and do parts of the house that I hadn't intended to do. I have already referred Terry and Zerorez to three people! We will definitely call you again!" What I also neglected to say was that Terry was the most polite young man!

Your services are terrific. Our carpet looks great. I like the nice scent left in the air and in the carpet. I would definitely use Zerorez again.

I like how Zerorez does not clean my carpets with harsh chemicals and yet my carpets come out so clean.

Hello-

I can tell you that Mike did an excellent job. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. He took the time to truly listen to the issues I was having and even repeated back to me what I said to assure me that he understood. He told me how long it would take to clean and treat the carpets and finished on time. He did an excellent job! The carpets look and smell wonderful. I would recommend your company, with Mike as the technician, to anyone.

Great people. Excellent outcome. It is always a good experience to have Zerorez come to my home. I've had them clean carpets for the past few years and now have scheduled a tile/grout cleaning.
