We really enjoyed having ZeroRez clean the carpets in the house. Three rooms and the hallway and Voila! The house smells Fresh and Clean. Imagine what that would be like. It's almost like nothing but that is good cause there is a cat in the house and... you wouldn't know it! I had it done for my friend Lilly who was having some slight allergy issues and this seems to have helped and she is Very Happy with the results. Variety of products are great, but the associate that came out to clean the carpet was the best. He provided us with excellent information and really seemed to care. I would certainly say that he did a terrific job on cleaning the carpet and provided us superior customer service.

Even though I was not present for the service, I understand that Moss was very cordial and explained the process well. We were initially impressed with the "No Chemicals" method, and return policy.

I loved the aroma of the cleanser. Although, I did not have any bad spots, the carpet got pretty clean. The saleman was efficient and very professional. However, in your radio ad, you should let people know that they are expected to pay an additional fee for gas.

Punctual and did a good job of getting out difficult stains. The balance of the carpet looks like it did after installation. Pricing jumped a bit from the initial (doubled), but still had the service done. Feel that the initial appointment phone call should have done a better job of setting expectations.

The technician was very professional. He adhered to your company policy, when offered a tip he refused to accept it and told me that it was against company policy and thanked me for the offer. The only thing is that some of the stains are starting to re-appear now that the carpet is dry.

The technician was very nice, knowledgable, and willing to work around small children. We did our best to keep our daughters out of his way but he was more than happy to talk to them and explain what he was doing. We have hardwood floors so he was careful to clean up any water that hit the floor and he wore disposable covers on his shoes in order to keep from tracking in dirt or debris into the house. Our furniture has never looked so good, even when we first purchased them! We will be having Zerorez come back and do more cleaning at our house again.
