Granted, this was a small area rug which had never been cleaned. It looks brand new. It was obvious that a great deal of care was given by the way the colors now pop and the fringe is a different color. Even the packaging for the return was very carefully done.

I liked that the carpets looked super clean yet there was no smell of any chemicals or flowery fake scents. Also am so pleased that the gray marks under the reclining sofa/chair are gone. Now I don't need new carpet for a couple more years.
The technician, Lee Hamilton, went above and beyond to ensure not only did I have clean carpets, tile floor, and sofa, but also to ensure I received great service, which I certainly did. It was more expensive than most carpet cleaners, but well worth it! I will definitely recommend Zerorez.

How well it works on the carpet and how clean my house smells. Richard Bougeouis was awesome along with the gentleman who was training that day. I don't have his name but he did an amazing job as well. I believe it was his 4th day with Zerorez. Will use again!
