I have dealt with several carpet cleaning companies throughout the 16 years I've lived in the Atlanta area, but none of them compare to Zerorez. Zerorez was able to quickly remove stains that three other companies were unable to! Eric, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and offered great advice on how to best maintain my carpets cleanliness. I plan to use Zerorez when I have my carpet streched and for all of my future carpet/upolstery cleaning needs.

We had someone come out for a second time to redo some areas. The second gentleman was awesome! Much happier with the results the second time..there was care taken! I was left with a spot remover kit, and have used it a couple of times for some spills, and it is unbelievable! Works better than any other product I've used, and it doesn't bleach or change color of carpet.

I like that I don't smell anything, the carpets dry relatively quickly and are clean. We have had spots to remove, including the most recent incidents with our dog. I also truly appreciated a quick response to our "emergency" situation, arriving in about 14 hours from the time of the calamity. The technicians are very professional, helpful and friendly.
