The service technician arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. Although my carpet is ten years old, he couldn't believe how clean it seemed overall. But after he finished, the few spots I had disappeared and the carpet looked remarkably better. He said the carpet would be dry in about 5 hours and sure enough it was.
I had five rooms cleaned, plus the stairs, and a hallway. I also asked about the steam cleaning of bathroom tile. He said he would be glad to add that service--WOW, you wouldn't believe the difference! Very impressed with the products used--no odor or residue was left.
Howard was simply the BEST--As a first time customer, I'll be sure to ask for him again!

my carpet was very dirty from my kids and their company. I had some heavy traffic spots that I did not think woud ever come clean! Ty came in evaluated the carpet and got right to work!!!Some spots required a little bit more TLC than others. After the treatment he began cleaning and I can tell what color my carpet is. I never thought i would see white carpet again I was afraid that we would have to replace it. But THANKS Zeroex they got the job done I would not have any else clean my carpet. And best it was not saturated with water like other companies it was dry enough to walk on. My appointment was at 930am he left 1140 my carpet was completely dry about 430 est!!!!!!!!!!!!!
