It was reasonably priced. And they did a good job.
Chemical free!!
On time, great cleaning and good deals
I liked the fact that there are no chemicals involved. All of tne spots on my carpet are gone! The man who came did a great job and my carpets dried very quickly! Ray Mariner from Star 94 was right! You are a great company!
Brandon was very informative and took his time explaining my issues to me. Definitely a great technician/representative for your company.
My carpet has never looked cleaner. I've used several companies over the last twenty years, and this far exceeds any one of them. Also, the carpet is so soft -- it feels and looks like new. I'm very happy with your company.
The professional way I was handled starting with my first call to make an appointment. From start to finish, I have felt like a treasured client. And in todays time, that's a rarity.
The techs came on time, were polite and informative about the service. They did a great job. There is no chemical odor when they are done.
The carpets look good! The technician was friendly. The service was good---on time, as quoted, with reminder calls and follow-up after. Pleased!
No chemicals. Very professional and helpful
The service was very prompt. Kyle was informative and helpful, got to the job quickly. My old carpet had a lot of stains left by my three much-loved cats, and he did a great job of addressing the old stains. I am very pleased by the results and plan to use Kyle to clean the upstairs carpets and kitchen tile/grout.
The carpet was actually clean! I get my carpet cleaned st least every months and I have never had results like this
on time, easy to work with
Service excellent. Matthew was extremely proficient and professional. My husband was thrilled. I have already recommended your company to two people already.
The service was simple to arrange, and the technician arrived on time and ready to work. There was no pressure to buy additional products or services. The carpet is as clean and fresh as your ads promised.
Professionalism and friendliness of technicians
This is my first experience with Zerorez, and it will definitely not be my last. You guys provided great service at a great price with great results! Communications were efficient, your Carpet Rejuvenation Specialist (aka David) was awesome, and the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. Thank you!
Clean carpets and nice techs
I already posted on FB. The technicians were prompt, extremely courteous & did a terrific job! I also appreciate being given the cleaning products to take care of problems that occur in between servicing.
The guy was friendly and did a very good job. I am very pleased with the service I received from the tech and the customer service people.
The technician (Ben) was very courteous and professional. He did a great job on our carpets and got some stains cleaned up that I would have sworn would not have come out. (coffee, wine, and even a rust spot from a metal table leg).
great service and very effective product.
Professional service technician
Quick service and the carpets look like new again!
Great customer service. Ryan was great!!! Honest and really wanted to do a good job. My carpet looks great and smells great and clean. He was on time and explained everything. It was so nice not to have to deal with a hard sell. Other carpet companies I've used just tried to sell more services and then they weren't that good.
I love how organic the cleaning process is & that there are no chemicals used. I enjoy knowing that my dogs & I can sit or walk on the carpets almost immediately & not worry about potenially hazardous chemicals getting in/on our skin.
Also, the cleaning smells so clean & fresh! :)
All natural no chemicals
The guys were very professional and gave me a lot of information before they began. When they finished they cleaned up (swiping the floors for any moister) and my carpeting never look better! I have already recommended zerorez to a few friends and coworkers. I will be contacting you next spring for my spring cleaning again!!
