Client Testimonials

My wife and I love the results of Dustin Anglin's efforts. If all your people are like Dustin, you are destined to continue as the number one in carpet cleaning. I'd recommend that he be raised up to a leadership position within Zerorez. His knowledge of both product and process is impressive and his customer centric demeanor goes beyond that which can be taught into his natural character. Having served in customer facing positions most of my professional life, I'd say he's worthy of extra attention in retaining his services.

Did a beautiful job on my carpet. Cleaned stains the previous owner's cleaning job did not get up. The service guy was very professional and excellent. Will use again in
another couple of months for my furniture.

Fast. Looks good.

Professional and dried quickly.

On-time service. Very Professional and Friendly technician. Everything was explained to me before work was started. The only surprise was that some of the vans need a water supply. Living in a condo that is not always an easy thing to find. Carpets look and feel great. Thanks, Mike, for being the best at what you do. I will definitely refer folks to you.

Timely, professional, and an overall great value. Great job!

Environmentally better, no residue left on carpet.

The service I received was excellent. The technican was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He provided honest feed back on the stains that proably would not come out and stated why. My technican was a pleasure to talk to and I look forward to my next carpet cleaning!

I have to admit, I've already recommened your service. Ross was excellent. He explained everything that was to transpire. I was absolutely impressed with the results. Thank you Zerorez and Thank you Ross.

They are quick and I do believe the lack of detergents works better

We have had two incidents of flooding in our basement and I love the responsiveness of Zerorez. Your teams are always quick, dependable and incredibly courteous.

Very courteous and very professional.

Very nice clean smell after carpet cleaning. Almost like an air purifier had been running. Carpet feels different than after other chemical cleanings. The carpet has no sticky residue. Fresher. The carpet fluffs up nicer after vacuuming. Spots clean up easier. Love the products. You have me sold on those too!

Eric did a fabulous job. I will ask for him for next cleaning.

My carpets are actually clean. Used another company 3 months ago, the soap build up left my carpets in a mess. I was about ready to replace. So far I am in love with the carpet again.

Love that the service man went right to work and did not try to sell lots of other services.

I had my living room furniture and the interior of my car cleaned. After it dried, my furniture looks renewed. The interior of my car was dirty and I could see the difference immediately.
