I love the fact that is has no chemicals (I have a small pet that is sensitive to that). The service man who did my carpet explained everything soo well and he was very respectful of my home (he put little slippers on) and had me do a look over after he completed the cleaning - he was GREAT!!!

The two guys who showed up to clean my carpets were extremely professional and took extra time and effort cleaning certain heavily traffic areas. My carpets looked great (almost brand new) after they were done. The even left a bottle of the cleaner they used which I have used a couple of times, and it is AWESOME! Thank you Zerorez for the fantastic job you did. I will definitely recommend you guys to all of my friends and family (especially ones with small children like myself).

Very professional,answered all questions and service is very reasonable. Our Tech Andrew was knowledgable and professional and I hope all the other tech are just as nice as he was.
As the tech said, the spots may not get any better, I still held Zerorez to their word of a free revisit. Even after the revisit, the stains did not come up, as they said, but they did keep their word and come back. Gotta love that. Carpet was better after they left, which is what I wanted. I like the front end customer service before the appointment. They made sure the various time frames would work. Thus far the carpets look great and the care that the technician took with his equipmetn in our home was good to see. I love the "wall corner protectors", previous companies have marked up the wall corners. Good forward thinking and plannin on the part of Zerorez. First name removed definately use them again.

The service was great even early. Terry did a great job and was very careful around the woodwork and walls. My carpet look nearly new and it is the original carpet that was installed in 1996.Friends have asked me what I thought and I let them know how satisfied I was with Zerorez. I used your service in 2007 that is why I knew that your service was what I wanted.
