Zero pressure with the service performed. Your employee Matthew looked presentable and trust worthy. I didn't feel uncomfortable around him at all. He did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable with his line of work and never did I feel pressured to have the extra applications that I really didn't plan to get, but with him educating me on how things work, I felt it was in my best interest to add the extras to my bill. I will look into using "Zerorez" in the future and also recommend to others. Thank you again Matthew!!!
