Our original appointment time was between 2-5pm. We were called and asked if they could come earlier. We were very grateful for that! Our techicians name was Gabriel, and he was wonderful. He took the time to tell us what he was doing, and did so with each step in the process. He was so very nice, and just awesome to deal with! We have carpet that is 12 years old. We knew that getting all the stains out would be impossible, but we were so surprised at how well Zerorez got our carpet clean. I will be calling them again!
