My technician's name was Greg and I am taking time to send this feedback because he was great. Yes, my carpet is cleaned, however, that was my expectation. I was also expecting to have a good technician but Great was great. His customer service and willingless to help explain things about my carpet truly meant a lot being the consumer. He took his time and definitely represented your company well. I hope I can request him the next time I get my carpet cleaned.

It works & it's not a scam - the carpet gets clean and stays clean. The technician was great. Brandon was professional, nice, friendly, new exactly what we needed & didn't try to over sell us on more services. He showed up on time, worked hard, was very courteous, made sure we were all happy, informed and felt valued. He even made certain our little dog (the culprit) was cool with the cleaning. I could tell that the entire service and the experience that we had was very well thought out and the people we encountered were very well trained and carefully selected by the company. This was the absolute best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. The technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products, services, and company. The process is the best in the land. I'm super pleased with the outcome. My carpet looks and feels better than it did when it was installed. I'm thinking of other cleaning needs to have them back. I highly recommend them over anything or anybody else.

Courteous staff confirmed appointment two days before and the morning of.
Tech. was prompt and professional. He did a quick and informative consult about carpet cleaning options and after care. He meticulously cleaned the hardwoods where the hoses had been resting. My ten year old carpet looks fabulous (despite two teenagers and three cats!). Price was as quoted. I am a committed Zerorez customer.

The carpets smelled very fresh, and I liked that I could walk on them right after he finished. My technician Billy was great, very professional and extremely helpful. I was extremely pleased with the service.

I like the fact that after the carpet is cleaned there is no smell remaining. The other carpet cleaners I have used in the past always left a musty smell in my house. This one everything really smells clean.
