Very nice clean smell after carpet cleaning. Almost like an air purifier had been running. Carpet feels different than after other chemical cleanings. The carpet has no sticky residue. Fresher. The carpet fluffs up nicer after vacuuming. Spots clean up easier. Love the products. You have me sold on those too!

Terry was very professional with neat appearance. He addressed all concerns that we had prior to starting. While cleaning the carpet my wife (Marcella) asked if he could do other rooms in the house, and Terry without hesitation said sure and offered a quote. I told my wife that we should wait until next time. I offered Terry $5.00 to get himself something like lunch, but he refused to take one dime. Terry shows his loyalty to the Zerorez name and reputation. That is the different that many younger folks do not care about. Thanks again, and we will request this fine young man again. Oh, by the way we love the way our carpets were cleaned. The carpets looks like new again!
