The people

I was very happy with the service; however, my appointment was scheduled between 11 and 2 and no one showed up until 15 minutes until 2. It was very aggravating...to have to sit and wait in my new house for almost 3 hours!!! This day and age, people cannot schedule such a long waiting time for someone to service...whatever! I highly recommend the service and the particular serviceman, David, but was a little taken aback by the convenient-for-you, but not convenient-for-me "waiting" time!!

detailed explanation before work is performed

Products appear to do the job. Cleaned spots and left carpets soft. We had two technicians, Eric who started the job, but whose stair clean inning equipment malfunctioned, was very professional, pleasant and informative. Jeremy came back to do the steps, after 9pm, so we would not be further inconvenienced. He, too, was very professional and committed to customer service.
I would suggest the compny provide backup equipment, so a job can be completed.

The technician ... no seriously he was awesome and the carpets look great. The price really shocked me. I cannot tell my husband.

Carpet that I thought was so bad that it would have to be replaced looks brand new thanks to Zerorez.

I especially liked how this technician, Michael Kaufman, worked so efficiently and professionally. He was also very friendly and did an excellent job in spraying our carpets with a certain solution first and then raking them before he shampooed them which this time really made the carpets come very clean, almost like new and left zero residue behind, just like your Ad states..and the carpets dried quicly. I'm sure this cleaning will last us a long time. I will highly recommend Zerorez to friends and Family....and Hope I get the same Tech next time. Michael Kaufman is truly an asset to Zerorez!

The representative was wonderful and happy to explain the techniques that Zerorez uses. The carpets looked fabulous after the cleaning, and he left me a bottle of the special cleaner..........which was a nice bonus.
