The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He went into detail about how he was treating my carpets. When he was done I mentioned another area that I would like cleaned and he was more than happy to do it before he left. I have two boys and a dog and my carpets are at least 12 years old and when he was done with the cleaning they looked new. I never thought they could look this good. The technicians are professional and do everything to get spots out of the carpet and explain to you what they are doing and have done to remove any "significant" stains. Plus it dries quickly and there is not bad smell! Zerorez rocks!!
