The price was reasonable and the team was prepared to do the work on the spot. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I'm looking forward to getting the carpet cleaned next week.

I was very impressed with Bobby, his knowledge and his cautiousness in making sure he was cleaning my rugs and sofa correctly. He took time to explain everything to me, I saw him doing color tests to make sure the colors didn't bleed into anything else prior to his cleaning it and he was very professional and friendly. I loved the dry process and that everything looked nice so quickly and I wasn't having to keep fans, windows and doors open to dry everything out.

You all did an absolute wonderful job on our carpets. We have two young boys and two dogs and its look like we just had new carpet installed.

I like the fact the process removes stains and the stains do not come back. I use Zerorex for my furniture as well; the furniture is covered with grandchildren stains. After Zerorex, the furniture looks like new. As a bonus the Zerorex cleaners are professional and pleasant- a joy to have in the house. I have used Zeroex for years, and my rugslook like they did when I purchased them ten years ago despite pets and toddlers!
