I was not home when they were being cleaned, however when came in the front door, I could immediately tell they had been there becuase my house smelled so much better and that's saying alot with three dogs that love to stretch out on the floor! Stains were removed that had been there for years. According to radio advertising, it is safer for children and pets. No harsh chemicals.
The technician was great. He took the time to explain all of the different cleaning services in detail, make recommendations, and since we ordered some HVAC permanent filters, the same technician that did the measurements, came back to do the installation and make sure it was a perfect fit.
