This is my first time using Zerorez and I like the courtesy and knowledge your representative displayed at all times. I spilled some coffee on my bathroom carpet and though Patrick maded every attempt to remove it...after it dried the stain is still there.
Overall the living room, dining room and bedroom looked new. There are still other stains
on the bathroom carpet but I will still reccommend you to our friends. I will call you again. Thank You, Mrs. Name removed

The tech, Moss, was great. He called ahead, explained everything and worked diligently. I was pleased with how well the carpet was cleaned and Moss' professionalism.
The office experience was less than stellar. My window was 4pm- 7pm. I got a call at 2pm saying the tech would be there at 2:50. I left work and waited and waited. Just before 4pm Moss called to say he was on the way. Apparently they were going to send someone else to my house, but that tech got called out on an emergency. The office should have let me know. I would have stayed at work and not waisted an hour waiting on the carpet guy.
