Your product is GREEN and is environmentally safe.In addition,our initial cleaning appears to be good with the exception of a few pet stains which will be retreated within a few days.These few areas were sprayed with the additional materials,but did not come out as promised.The owner was contacted and he has agreed to send the tech out again to correct the issue.

I liked how the technician was very knowledgable about our carpets. He came in, evaluated our carpet and then gave me a quote prior to cleaning the carpet. He was very professional and worked very hard to get our carpets clean. I appreciate his efforts and professionalism.

I like that the products do not contain chemicals that could adversely effecteither my little puppies or me.
I reallly liked my technician... he was conscientios, thorough and very serious about doing the best job possible. I also appreciated the fact that it was he who came back to work on some stubborn spots. He was more than willing to see if he could remove any existing stains.I would like to have the same person again.

I have had my carpet shampooed many times. After Zerorez cleaned my carpet it was left nice and clean. In the past I had my carpet shampooed and it was dirtier than before.
