Lee Hamilton has cleaned our carpet for two years and has done excellent work both times. Meanwhile Stanley Steamer---who we unfortunately used before we discovered Zerorez---keeps calling trying to get our business again. But we tell them flat out that they cannot match Zerorez's technology or people----and please stop calling us. Zerorez is OUR carpet cleaning company, period!

pet friendly with no toxic residue

I love the fact that my animals are able to be around and not get harmed. The guys that came to our house were great!! They told me everything I needed to know about cleaning my carpets. It's very refreshing to have people tell me the truth about what their products can do. The guys came and told me about my stains, I had an old cat that was in kidney failure. So, there's pee and poo spots all over. They told me that they are able to treat the area but was possible the urine stains would come back. All of the diarrhea stains came out and I can't see urine stains either. Thanks for the help guys!!

No chemical or perfume residue. Carpets were cleaner than they were prior to cleaning although afterwards we were able to see traffic area stains.

After treatment the carpet was not wet.Pet stains were successfully removed. Carpet looks fresh and smells clean.With the fiber protector we can now treat any future stains with hot water---no chemicals...

Despite being twelve years old our carpet looks like new. Will definitely be using Zerorez again. The technician David was so pleasant and nice which speaks well for the company. Additionally the price they quoted was exactly the price we paid. Didn't try to sell us on additional work or products. I have no hesitation in recommending Zerorez!
