The technician, Kyle, was great! He explained everything very clearly and he didn't try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn't need. Two very old stains were removed and the carpets dried very quickly. The best thing, I was able to stay at the house w/ my 4 year old and our dog. No harsh odors.

I liked when the technician Moss explained the cleaning products used were originally intended for the cleaning of produce/vegetables. It is nice not to introduce a lot of harsh chemicals into the home as I have small children.
Just wanted to say what a great job your tech, First name removed Cothran, did today. He was very helpful since I am in a scooter and needed assistance. He got on the job and cleaned my carpet wonderfully. It seems that every square inch was cleaned but I find that hard to believe. First name removed worked very hard to make me a satisfied customer. I had some stains that came out surprisingly so. My wife came home today and could not believe it. You guys are more expensive than others around but so far I would be happy to be a repeat customer. Most of this is due to First name removed's expertise and the quality of the job done!

Great cleaning by Moss. There was some confusion on my scheduling. I was told I would be the 11-2 window but was scheduled from 3-7 which was not as convenient. Other than that, I'm happy..
Your products are safe for my family, safe for my pets, and safe for the environment and they work incredibly well. My carpet has been used hard by two kids who spill juice and food, a big dog that comes in and out all day long and likes to lay in holes he's dug in the dirt and ocassionally has accidents in the house and it is completely restored. We had stains from the grease on the bottom of a recliner, food and juice stains, mystery stains, and just stains from heavy traffic. My carpet no longer has any stains. The pet stains are gone completely. The grease stain came up like it was never there and the other stains disappeared. Awesome service. I also got my AC vents measured for custom filters. I am looking forwar to seeing if they work as well as the carpet cleaning.
