My friends got their carpet cleaned with Zero Rez and they did an EXCELLENT job. They highly recommended you all to everyone in the room. I called and I did not get that same service. Zero Rez came out twice (they sent the same person) and I am so very disappointed because I know what it can look like. A supervisor needs to come out. When the person came out the second time he was in and out. Didn't use the pre-treatment, didn't put on the blue shoe covers (I took a picture of him going over the carpet without the shoe covers)
He didn't do a walk through the first time or the second time. He did not use a blower/fan to help dry the floor.
I would still recommend you but I will tell them what to look for.
BEFORE you pay: Do a walk through and point out areas that are not clean. The carpet cleaner told us not to come upstairs where he was because we could slip on the carpet because it was wet. DON"T BELIEVE IT! Be in the entrance of each room as they clean it.

The professional service and my carpet is much softer and more fluffy after your cleaning.

Agents are very polite, professional and trustworthy. The cleaning is the best there is, I have used several other companies and non come anywhere near as good as Zerorez.

My carpets look great except for the areas that had heavy pet stains. Those spots wicked back up a little. They are not as bad and the smell is gone. The guy that came out to do my service was very polite and eager to do a great job.

ON ANOTHER MATTER HOWEVER, the truck leaked oil on our driveway. This was in no way Kyle's fault and i did not discover it until after the truck had pulled away, otherwise i am sure Kyle would have done something about it. I am wondering what zerorez might do about it?

I don't think we really understand what might make Zerorez superior to another type of carpet cleaning service in as far as the type of chemicals used, method of cleaning, etc. However, the technician (Matt) was very nice and helpful, as well as professional. Matt was on time for a late afternoon appointment (not always easy to do). We are pleased that company, and Matt, honored our request to come back out to take another shot at addressing some heavily soiled/trafficked areas in our den that did not come totally clean. The second effort (using higher pressure), did, indeed, improve the results, although what is apparently a wine stain on light colored carpet did not come up. Matt worked late to come back out to take care of us and remained positive and friendly the entire time. We are most satisfied.

My 14 year old carpets were cleaned much better than I was expecting. It definitely added more years to its life. I liked the nice fresh smell afterwards, too.
