I have children with asthma and severe allergies and this is exactly what my home and family needed! My house smelled "clean" without the chemical smell.. No soggy wet carpet with heavy odor. Steaming process you use and how quickly it dries.
They arrive on time and give a courtesy call when they are on the way. I have already recommended to 2 people, one business associate and one friend.

The customer service is fantastic!!! They called the day before coming out, and gave me 2 more follow up calls before they arrived at my house. Mike was very kind and did a wonderful job getting out some problem stains we had in the office. Everything dried very fast.

I liked the products used. It was wonderful to have the follow-up (via phone) before the appointment (several times). The window of time for the service was most timely. The technician was both professional and knowledgeable. Thank you again for a wonderful job. I look forward to the next cleaning. I am sure after a few more visits, I will change my mind about replacing the carget with hardwood floors.

My carpets look great and kind of puffed up - all the little stains here and there are gone. The service technician was also very good. It was also a pretty quick process.

Our carpets look the best they have in a long time. We debated adding hardwood floors and decided to give the cleaning a chance first. So we have decided to postpone that purchase because of the results we got.

A very good job of cleaning all spots on our carpet. The Zerorez rep - Corey Wilcox - who came to our house was excellent and very informative. He did an especially good job on cleaning our oriental area rugs.

I have used Zerorez 4 or 5 times, they are always on time and the tech is always very knowlegable. In the past they cleaned and sealed our grout in our bathrooms, looked brand new. Our carpets always look new when they leave. By far the best in the business

Now, as far as the environmental part goes...you guys go way beyond the call. The app is great! I work in renewable energy and appreciate this more than most I suspect, but hey, everyone know green is better....people will catch on at some point. Especially when they've spent nearly the cost of a single zerorez cleaning and been more UNSATISFIED than ever. YOU GUYS MADE MY DAY!!!!!

System Cleans Very Well, You are On Time, Associate is very kind and not over informative

I feel like what was delivered was exactly what was promised - very clean carpets - and I have no worries about damage of any kind. Our carpets and rugs look beautiful. The technician was extremely thorough.

Albert came to give us an estimate on re-stretching our carpet prior to cleaning. He showed up on time with a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. The price was reasonable and the team was prepared to do the work on the spot. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I'm looking forward to getting the carpet cleaned next week.

If indeed the cleaning "lasts" far longer than my previous experiences with carpet cleaning services, I will be ecstatic:)
The technician was friendly, efficient, and very cooperative. The results one day later, are wonderful......just hoping the carpet will remain clean for an extended period.

I was very impressed with Bobby, his knowledge and his cautiousness in making sure he was cleaning my rugs and sofa correctly. He took time to explain everything to me, I saw him doing color tests to make sure the colors didn't bleed into anything else prior to his cleaning it and he was very professional and friendly. I loved the dry process and that everything looked nice so quickly and I wasn't having to keep fans, windows and doors open to dry everything out.
