The technician Eric did a great job. He explained the work, discussed price and was consistent throughout the process. He is a high quality person with character who believes in the company, does the job correctly the first time and conveys a positive attitude to the customer even in the dirtiest environment. He should be commended for his effort and job. It was refreshing to work with Eric.

Technican made all the difference. He was well versed in the process of carpet cleaning, explained what he was doing, what the outcome would possibly be, and was honest.

I was very impressed at how hard the technician worked to get the cat urine smell out of my carpet and sofa. He explained the process to me and took extra time to accomplish my request.

The sales rep Eric Jackson was very professional. I wasn't aware that the cleaning was just with hot water. He did a great job. I will probably use the service again after the holidays, maybe in January. Thanks

The technician was knowledgeable about all products. Matt, particularly, was courteous and kind.

Service person was on time, and did a fantastic job. Very personable and answered all of our questions. Took his time to explain about the product that he was using. We had one room that was really dirty, and he worked extra hard to get it clean. and did a great job, my husband was impressed. My daughter was here, and now she will be calling the company to come and do her home.

My technician, Richard, was very professional and polite. He did a thorough job and didn't rush to complete it. He worked diligently on the pet stained areas of my carpet. He is the best technician I have had. I would recommend Zerorez above any other carpet cleaning service I have used in the past.
