Great carpet cleaning. You could see the stains being "sucked" up. I had pet stains removed that I thought would never come up, and they came clean without any special pre treatment. No fumes, quick drying, and carpet feels soft after wards not stiff.
Only problem I had was getting through to you all to confirm my appt. I called twice and had to leave a message. Calls were never returned.

I think the service was very good but you left a brown spot in the bedroom down stairs? I would like the service guy to come back and go over this spot.

The Zerorez system is the only one that doesn't leave my carpets 'crusty' after they dry. And Zerorez seems to be able to get most spots out completely. The carpets look and feel like new carpeting.
