Carpet cleaner arrived on time, was friendly and had a positive attitude. Seemed to work hard and wanted to get the spots clean. Frankly I can't tell if the cleaning was any better than the competitors - looks the same (I guess I need new carpet!) - but the service was good. Also, I told him that I couldn't really spend any extras this time and he didn't hassle me with extras.

The technician, Matt, was very polite and professional and answered my questions thoroughly. He also tried hard to remove rust spots that were left on the carpets by the furniture and did a very good job overall. Our carpets look great!

Good customer service. Did a good job on our carpet. I like the fact that there aren't a lot of chemicals on our carpet. Technician seemed to care that he did a good job and was friendly, and he apologized for being slightly late. We've used other companies and sometimes it has taken MANY hours for the carpet to dry, as if they didn't vacuum extra liquid up. When you clean the carpet it dries in a short and reasonable amount of time.
