he would be able to get the stains out or not. He reassured me that he would do everything possible to get my carpets clean and make

I appreciate that Zerorez uses "empowered water." Does it work any better or worse than other carpet cleaners? I have no idea, but I can put my baby on the carpet knowing that it is clean and free of detergents or other harmful chemicals.
