As clean as my carpets have been since I moved into my house. Lee and Tony did an excellent job and were personable and professional.

The technician that came out was extremely polite and friendly. I had to reschedule the appointment twice and the appointment agent was very nice about it. Additionally, we had our carpets cleaned in the past with little improvement to appearance in high traffic areas, such as our entry stairwell. Michael communicated well, checking in with me as he completed each section and I really was surprised and pleased with how well the stairs turned out. They look so much better, more even in color without the dark discolored traffic stains.

The service technician arrived on-time (early, actually) and was a true pro. He was upfront about pricing, the condition of our carpet and what the result would likely be after cleaning, and performed a professional, thorough cleaning in a reasonable amount of time.
