Jacob came out to clean our carpets this time it was our best carpet cleaining experience ever. He was knowledgeable, helpful and got out a stain that we didn't think he'd be able to get out(others have tried). He gave us great tips on how to get it to dry really fast, and he just did a fantastic job overall. We will request him next time!

The Zerorez service tech was great, ( Kyle) cleaned your rug beyond our greatest acceptation. A job that was the best that I have ever seen in my 63 years. Zerorez is now the one and only carpet clearer I will use. A rating of 10+ is not nearly enough.

The last visit was to correct something that I was not 100% happy about and it was redone and I am very pleased with the fact that your company stands behind it's work and wants its customers to be 100% satisfied with your product and workmanship. David was wonderful and the carpets look great. It's over twelve years old and a off white Berber that had some really nasty stains. Some of the stains he was not able to get out but on the whole it looks significantly better! I've already recommended zerorez to everyone I know! Thanks!
Great job on carpets and stairs and the technician was cheerful and efficient. I did have one stain (dog stain) that did not respond well to the cleaning but was a tough stain. I'll look online for a solution. We have used Zerorez on three of our houses and would not use anyone else.
What I really liked is how clean the air smelled after the carpets were cleaned with your product. It was like a fresh rain.
