Our technician, Matt, was very careful of the house and very thorough. He was able to clean areas I had no hope for. I like the fact that there are no chemicals involved. It was easy to schedule the work and Matt was on time and worked quickly but still did an excellent job.

The carpet looked great when it was done. I liked the option to clean the tile and grout as well and the option to re-seal it. The customer service I received from Jonathan was amazing as well, he kept me posted throughout the clean of exactly what he was doing and showed me the dump water which showed the amount of dirt and soap from the previous owners prior carpet cleaners.
