The custome service and customer care are outstanding. My carpets look fantastic. I know you only send out one representative, generally. While I usually move all breakable items, it would be helpful if your reps could assist with moving the couch/loveseat forward and backward. I personally did not experience this, but I know your competitors ad indicates that your reps do not do this and this may cause you problems with some of the older population that would consider using your service.
