I was very impressed with Phil, the technician who performed the cleaning. He checked the areas to be cleaned to get an understanding of what was involved, then went to work and completed the job quickly. All stains and odor are gone. The odors had been especially noticeable during damp, rainy weather, which we have had since the cleaning, and there is absolutely no odor.
I also liked that there the Zerorez process left no overpowering fragrance afterwards.
I will definitely use you again.

staff was very friendly and informative. The process to schedule the appointment was easy. While our carpets were being cleaned other services were offered(scotchguard) but I did not feel pressured to buy them. The team did a great job and we have already scheduled another appointment for some of our other carpet areas!!
