I liked the call ahead times....and the fact that the services provided remained as the amount I was quoted for the areas I had serviced.

Here's what I didn't like, which is really what you're looking for, correct? I have been working with Z since 2008 (I think, if not prior to that) and I scheduled my appointment on 4/18 for cleaning on 4/24. Between that time, I received 2 VMails and 4 add'l calls to confirm the appointment, on both land lines and cell phone ... I received another call around 8:20 am on 4/24 to let me know the driver was about 20 minutes out. I asked the dispatcher to make sure the tech understood he could come on thru the front door, and we reconfirmed the rooms I needed cleaned. I got another call approx 20 minutes later from the technician who said, "I was told to call you." I can understand confirmation calls when appointments have been scheduled months in advance ... less than a week is ridiculous... and to have to state 3x what I needed done was overkill. Can you tighten the process?

I like how safe the product is and how quickly the rugs are dry and ready for use.

I commend Zerorez for both their excellent customer service as well as our fresh, clean carpeting. Aubrey was the technician who patiently answered my questions throughout the process and explained both what he was doing and why. He was personable and knowledgeable and I think Zerorez and Aubrey were excellent.

I called and scheduled an appointment and was scheduled in the same week. Approximately 15-20 minutes before the technician arrived, I received a call from Zerorez, who informed me that the technician was on his way and would arrive within 15-20 minutes. He arrived within 20 minutes,in a Zerorez van, and introduced himself. We then walked through the areas that I wanted cleaned. Cameron discussed the types of stains that were in my carpet, discussed how Zerorez worked, pretreated my carpets and proceeded to cleaned the carpets. I was so excited as I watched how clean my carpet was looking. I have not seen my carpet look this good in years. Cameron was professional and did a great job in a timely manner.

This is the the best carpet cleaner company I have found. my carpet is nice and clean again.The technician Kenny Patrick was fantastic, he arrived on time, he was vey courteous, knowledgeable and most important very honest when he talked about what stains might not go away, but he ended up getting every stain away. Your technician - Matthew Eaton - went above and beyond the call of duty!! My young daughters were excited to see how everything worked. Matthew went out of his way to show them EVERY step and explained what it did and why!! He answered every question they had and did it with a smile. WOW!!! My wife and I were THOROUGHLY impressed with his patience and just as impressed with what a great job he did cleaning our carpets!! His kindness and professionalism were completely unexpected! If I had a company of my own - I would want EVERY employee to be just like Matthew. I HOPE you realize what an awesome technician you have there and that you are rewarding him for it! He is as much a reason we would use again and recommend your company as your product is.

The service for provider was very polite. it was good to see the scripture bracelets that he wore on his wrists. no he was a Christian made it very comfortable and easy to trust him in my home. he did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with his services. My carpet looks and smells amazing!
