I really like it that you do not use my water and dump it in the yard when you are done. I like the way the carpet feels after it has been cleaned. I can walk on it in white socks and my socks don't get dirty. One question. I seem to remember that the last time I used your service, the impacted places where the furniture had been sitting was raised as if there was nothing ever sitting there. I can't say enought about the two young men, professional men, who came out to clean our carpet. They were exceptional in their work, careful with our house and furniture, complete in finding spots that needed treatment---they were just wonderful. They even put back our coffee table (which weighs a ton) and a chair, placing blocks of styrofoam under each leg. My husband had difficult back surgery last summer and this help was SO appreciated. I've used you before and I'll use you again and again.

I love that my carpets really do stay clean longer. The advertising that makes this claim is really true, not stretching the truth. My carpets are 14 years old and holding up very well because I have used Zerorez to clean them.

Each of your associates are as professional as can be . Your technicians are always on time, very polite and dinformative. The process you use to clean are great. Stallns always disappear and don't come back. Worth the price.

The guys that come out are very respectful and nice. I was not happy that a stain would not come out after a revisit, but that's not the techs fault.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the service and like, I just wish it was more affordable. I would have you guys come out every other month. I have light colored carpets and have a 23, and 20 year old pair of nephews. Enough said.... :)

Kenny was the name of my Zerorez guy and he was awesome! He was very personable and professional.The carpets look amazing and he was very careful about putting up guards to protect my wall corners from getting damaged or scraped by the hoses. I will definitely call you back again!
