I had initially tried to set the appointment online, but when it got to the confirmation page, it froze. BUT, when I called to make the appointment, everything went well from start to finish. Regarding the upfront pricing, it would have been helpful to have an idea of how much the pet enzyme treatment(s) cost. I knew we needed one whole room treated and to know it was almost another $100 would have been nice.
