I have used zeroez on a number of occasions & Dillon was by far the most thorough, diligent technician yet. My carpets are cleaner than ever & he was able to get old dried paint out of my stairs!! I'm still amazed 3 days later!! I actually told my husband we could put off replacing the carpets because he did such a great job. He is also a great salesman! I come from a sales background & I must say that he is quite skilled at the art of up selling!! Haha -I will certainly request him in the future when I use zeroez.

The technician was prompt, identified himself and based on the time that he told me it would take was accurate. He also explained what he would be doing as well. The product doesn't leave a harsh smell, it was actually quite pleasant. Floors came out real nice from what they were before.

I have used Zerorez twice. The second time there was a new stain that didnt come out very well and I was disappointed in the results. When I called to inform you, customer service was quick to respond and they sent another carpet cleaning professional out as soon as was convenient. He completely got the stain out! Good job.

I like that the representative that came to my house was early, polite, and did the work. We knew that we had natural wear in the carpet for how long we have been at our house but the carpet ended up looking very clean and made the house smell wonderful.

Very friendly! Very customer-service focused! It only took 2 1/2 hours to clean 5 rooms, a stairway and a hallway! I got the Scotch Guard treatment and it is wonderful!! Definitely worth the extra money!
