I've never had the carpet's cleaned by any company but it was time. I sincerely, hope I'm remembering the names of my Technician's but Kyle and Chad, gave me top of the line help! They left my floor's (room's) looking brand new!!!!!!! I was visited by friends, later that day of cleaning. ALL I received was compliment's and question's about how possibly getting their carpet's done. Kyle and Chad, are the best!!!!!! Friendly, understanding, and above all Great Representative's of your Company. If, I have misprinted their names, I ask that you recognize them properly. Professionalism of technician
Always show up. Always give a call saying when tech will arrive. The tech was very very courteous. Y'all need to give him a raise. He was above and beyond the nice level. My wife and I said he was so nice Will ask for him again. My memory is not to good. But I think it was Brandon. Very nice young man.
