Professional, neat, clean, knowledgeable and friendly service tech did an outstanding job on our carpets. Zerorez lived up to its ads with no strong cleaning odors, dried quickly and the carpet looks great! We feel good about no soap residue in the carpet to attract more dirt and happy that our carpets are now sanitized too. Service tech went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his work and I do not hesitate to recommend.

We had a great experience with zerorez. Our time was Sat. from 4-7, the tech, Kyle, called around 3:00 to see if he could come early, of course he can, we thought the sooner the better. Kyle was an excellent service professional. He did an outstanding job on our 3 rooms and hallway. This was our second time using zerorez, and it was better than the first. We were very impressed with everything. Being early, the great job that was done, and Kyle, is the reason we have recommended this company to everyone....family and friends. We will be scheduling another visit soon to get the other rooms in the house. Kyle should get "Employee of the Year"

The cleaning time is short. The carpets dry relatively quickly. The prices are reasonable. The carpets seem to get pretty clean, though the area by the back door didn't get a clean as should have. That's why I rated the service a 9 instead of a 10.
