They practically welcomed me with open arms when I brought my beautiful living room rug out of desperation after a dreadful pet accident. They were realistic and did not make false promises. They basically said they would do what they could to minimize the stain which is all I can ask for at this point. I was so relieved to leave my rug with professionals who will do everything they can. They told me in depth what they will do to my rug to try to get the horrible stain out.
My suggestion would be to put the place of business on the website rather than the mailing address because I spent 45 minutes looking for this business on Piedmont Road before calling to find out the place of business is in Norcross.

You offer plenty of services, ones I was unaware of. David was the individaul who respresented himself and your company in a perfect manner. He explained all that he was doing, he communicated the certain things he found and was able to fix and he also made us aware of the other offerings Zerorez has available. Truly a great individual and worker.

This service was true to it's name. There was absolutely no residue left on my carpets, it dried very quickly, and still looks great one week and one child's birthday party later. The technician was incredibly nice and professional and I will request him again in the future. My house smells great..not a chemical smell, but a CLEAN smell. I really feel like I got more than my money's worth! Last, but not least, the customer service with Zerorez is phenomenal.
