I was disappointed with the outcome of my rooms being cleaned however, i have 3 neighbors who used you all and loved their results. i guess the age of my carpet was a factor in not getting the gray lines near the room walls to go away. My technician did warn me ahead of time that they may not come out. He was very nice.

The outcome of the cleaning is outstanding. Our carpet is over 10 years old, and after this cleaning it looks BRAND NEW! And the fact that it's chemical free is fabulous. We have a small dog and a two year old, and we love that the carpet is safe for them to be on immediately (albeit damp) We like hearing about the specials you offer over the radio. The only problem we had was that we received a call at 8:30AM saying the tech would be there by 9:30, and he didn't arrive til after 10. To us, an "8 to 10 arrival window" should be held to that time frame. If the tech can't get there until after 10, then give us a broader window.
