No residue

The products are very good. It does not take hours on end for the carpets to dry. And the service was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained the products used, like the pet treatment, etc. We are very pleased with the service.

We have had you clean our carpet before, and both times the gentleman has been very helpful, friendly, and has done a good job. The carpet looked very good afterwards.

We really like how fresh and clean the house smells without any cleanser or chemical smell. It's just clean. No residue left from Zerorez as compared to some product that really only masks smells and make dirt cling to your carpet/rugs because of the residue left by the cleanser.

I'm amazed at the difference in our rugs and furniture once again with how much better they look and how much less dust there is everywhere in the house after all the rugs have all been cleaned. We have 3 dogs that live inside wherever they want. After zerorez, someone with the most keen sense of smell would be hard pressed to know by smell there is one dog there. Let alone 3. It smells clean because it is clean. The furtiure and rugs were totally dry within a few hours. They are only lightly damp when finished. Unlike with some other people we have used before where the carpets/rugs were damp for days.

Zerorez cleaned my rugs right on my hardwood floors. All that happened to my hardwood floor under them was to be cleaned too! LOVE Zerorez process, product and team! Could not ask for better customer service, kinder more attentive technicians and overall ease of process and service. 100%+ delighted and for a reasonable price.

Zerorez kept in their time window as promised, called before the technician got there, and the tech arrived within 5 minutes of their 30 minute warning. When he got there, Jake was courteous, forthright, and worked with my budget to get what I needed done. He was also extremely friendly with my quizzical 4 year old who kept pestering him with questions, and introduced himself to our 75lb wolf-dog with absolutely no hesitation, which quieted our pup down for the rest of the cleaning. I was also impressed with the knowledge Jake had about the products, the way Zerorez works, and his ability to put it in layman's terms so that I could understand.

With the amount of people and pets constantly tracking through our home,(we have 3 adults, a 4 year old, two dogs, a cat, 2 turtles, 2 snakes, a sugar glider and beta fish that reside there permanently and on top of that, friends who bring THEIR dogs over - husky and boxerpit mix - not to mention that we are the central base for our friends to come hang out), when we came back to the house, it looked, smelled and felt like we had new carpets! That is a huge accomplishment with our heavy traffic.

I will mention - we have an older dog who panics if I am off schedule, and God forbid I'm 30 minutes late getting home from work, and he picked in front of our fireplace to relieve himself in his panic. No matter what home remedies I attempted, I never could get the smell out; in fact, there was a white-tish circle from my useless scrubbing. Not only did Zerorez wipe out where I thought I ruined the rug, but the smell has been obliterated!

Thank you, Zerorez, thank you Jake, for giving us a like-new home. Now we're off searching for new furniture to match our upgraded carpets ;-]
