My carpet looks great and the zerorez rep Michael was the best!

Was very happy with the service. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the carpet is still wet on the stairs...even after 24 hours. I am not sure how the padding cannot be wet, as you claim, if the carpeting is still that wet?

The technician was wonderful -- he worked on some spots I never thought would come out -- but he got them out! And the carpet looks brand new and smells so fresh.

The service is efficient and works. My carpets are clean. And the Zerorez technician (mine was Trevor)was terrific - friendly, acommodating and very efficient and proficient.

Cleaning works. Representative came as schedule and offered cleaning tips and did a great job cleaning. We have pets. when Zero left the placed smelled great!

All the stains were gone after the cleaning and my 20year old carpet looks brand new!

The gentleman that cleaned my carpets did a good job. He was very proffesional and answered all of my questions. The only issue that I had, was the time it took for my carpets to dry. The carpets were cleaned at eleven a.m., and were not completely dry until around noon the following day.

Carpet is fresh and clean. Dog urine stains are removed in most areas unless they were very old. Feels like new carpet!
