The tech explained everything well, he was on time, and very respectful. I love the way my carpets looked after the cleaning, and I was happy that there was no residue after it was done.
#1 - the carpet is cleaned without using soap. Other companies leave the soap in the carpet and it attracts dirt. That's why I've always cleaned my carpet myself and rinsed with hot vinegar water. My friend told me about your product and this is the first time I've hired someone else to clean my carpet. I am VERY PLEASED.
#2 - you scheduled the appointment the same day I called. I had already vacuumed and moved furniture to clean the carpet myself. I was thrilled you sent someone that very day!
#3 - Ronnie, the technician, was courteous, respectful of our furnishings and hard-working. When I saw what a good job he was doing, we contracted him to clean more of the house than we originally planned to clean and he graciously agreed to do that.

Cleans the carpet and doesn'ttake long to dry
The gentleman that did my rug was very kind,quick and did an awesome job.
Richard and Aubrey arrived to clean the ducts just about the same time the tornado warnings approached our area on Wednesday. First thing I said was how glad they were here as my dog, Sweet Pea, and I were alone and quite anxious. They proceeded to inspect our home and start their job. I monitored the weather and soon knew we should get "safe". Richard helped carry the items we consider most valuable or sentimental downstairs and I told him that in a few minutes we would either be hit by the storm or it would pass, that it was not in our hands. Thankfully, it did pass over us and they finished the job to my utmost satisfaction. I have had a bad problem with dust. Before I could get through dusting the house, it would need it again. Since Wednesday, I have been monitoring a piece of furniture that is a dust "magnet". Well, it's Friday and guess what! No dust!
