I was scheduled to receive service from 2 to 5. I received a text from my neighbor that a technician was in my driveway and a call from the technician at 12:30. I was away from home, not returning until 2:00. I do not want that to happen again in the future or I will choose another company. It is fine to call me to take an earlier time but not to show up at my house. The technician that came and cleaned my carpet was very nice, courteous and knowledgable. He said that I should not have had a technician come to my home before the scheduled time.
Convience, no mess, quick dry and did a good job cleaning. My rep, Ryan, was very courteous, explained everything really well and was very concerned about questions and concerns that I had. A very nice young man.
