We had all bedrooms, hall and stairs cleaned. The carpet is sooooo much better. Agent explained the drying time and when to move furniture etc.

Technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable about services needed, & did a thorough job cleaning our carpet. 2 weeks later, the carpet still looks great, despite the HEAVY stains that were on it due to pet urine.
