I particularly liked the two young men who came out to explain the procedures they would use and what reasonable expectations of the work done should be. They did an excellent job, and I would particularly like to name Michael, who was very careful to work out some problematical stains. He was very pleasant and made sure I understood everything before starting work. If asked to rate his contribution, I would give him a +95.

The cleaning took care of most of the carpet issues, although I was hoping that the process would remove more of the discoloration from soot that had occurred from candles being burned regularly in one bedroom. The cleaning did improve the stains, but I was hoping (possibly unrealistically) the stain would be removed completely.
