I like everything about zerorez! Scheduling was simple, pricing was affordable, the technician showed up on time and did a great job. We bought new carpet a year ago and it has a 10 year warranty. Itās only good though if you get your carpets professionally cleaned once a year. I am glad we had them cleaned because they got out a couple of spots my kids had made and refreshed the house. I wouldnāt want to use a company that puts chemicals on the carpets.
