We received a call when the technician was 30 minutes out and he was right on time. Phillip, our technician, was very polite, took the time to explain the process, and the exact cost. The machine never turned off while he was here and he finished in the time he said he would. When we use Zerorez again, I will definitely request Phillip

The two guys who came were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained possible incremental services without pushing me to buy them (which I did anyway, because their logic was good!) They did the job in a timely fashion, moved light furniture out of the way, educated us on how best to get the carpets dried and left promptly. Oh, and they did a good job, too!

Megan was my zerorez technician. She arrived timely and promptly, was professional, very intelligent about the cleaning process and very detailed.
She was friendly and kind as well. She is a true asset to the zerorez company and my carpet looked amazing when she was completed .

Carpets look great. Cameron, our technician was so nice.

It offers protection with the Scotchguard. Carpet smells fresh and feels clean. We have pets and they offer the enzymes that kills the odors and bacteria. No chemical smell after and carpet feel soft. Good service.
