It was definitely shocking to learn that the protectorate is basically a must (because the cleaner strips off all existing protection) and doubled the cost of me estimate. But it was understandable once it was explained. I would just recommend this is flagged when someone goes to book a service. Not Thomas’s fault at all-his service was fast, friendly and professional. He was 10/10 and I would specially request his again should we decide to rebook.
