Less about your product and more about your personnel. Both Ary (sp?) and Dane (?) were the most courteous and professional personnel I have encountered in a very long time. From the moment I called to inquire about the service to the moment I closed the front door with clean, fresh carpets the staff spoke clearly and confidently. They were knowledgeable and seemed committed to customer satisfaction. Because of these 2 fine representatives of your company, I am thinking I need my carpets cleaned more frequently and will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and neighbors.
